Goods must be in suitable packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.

Customers must notify us by requesting a refund within 7 days of receiving their order. 

We are unable to cover shipping costs to return your items. You will be presented with the option to pay for a label provided by our couriers. If you would prefer to ship using your own methods, please exit this process and ship your items back to our return address.

Any personalised items and custom printed fabrics  are final sale and sadly we cannot process refunds or exchanges for these.

If you need any assistance with damages or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery.
